This is the Macmillan & Co. 1904 publication of The Poetical Works of Christina Georgina Rossetti (507 pages), with memoir and notes by William Michael Rossetti.
This copy is finely re-bound, with the stamp, at the top of an otherwise blank end page, stating “Bound by Otto Schultz Edinburgh”.
The cover, brown to green Morocco, with two raised bands, gilt hearts and lettering, is securely attached, but with shallow edge wear, and wear to the lower band (see photo).
The end pages have varying amounts of clustered spot stains, most intrusively to the frontispiece portrait of Rossetti (see photo). There are small stains to some pages. Most have none. There are a very few corner creases. There are no stamps (other than that of Schulz). There are no page tears, and no loose or missing pages. The page edges, gilt all-around, have a few surface scuffs, but are bright and clean overall.
